It’s a fee charged by the airport itself to transportation companies for picking up passengers inside the terminal. It is not part of our service rate — it’s a separate charge and only applies on pickup.

- One-way trip: point-to-point, from the airport, hotel, or private address to a specific destination.
- Same-day round trip: includes up to 5 hours of wait time (extra hour $350 MXN).
- Different-day round trip: calculated as a one-way trip multiplied by 2.
- In all cases, a 30% advance deposit is required (we recommend doing this at least 1 week in advance). Deposit account numbers ARE DIFFERENT from those shown in the website footer; we will send them to you via email or WhatsApp.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before boarding the vehicle on the first day.
- The transfer price DOES NOT INCLUDE toll roads, bridges, parking fees, or any other additional charges along the route.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service will be fully honored with a 100% deposit refund; cancellations outside this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
