🧘♂️ Morning Magic on the “Lake of Seven Colors”
There is nothing quite like being in the middle of the Bacalar lagoon to watch the sunrise. We start early in the morning, when the only sounds accompanying our tour are the birds singing or the gentle sound of paddles cutting through the crystal-clear water, allowing you to closely observe the flora and fauna of this enigmatic lagoon.
The Route: The tour begins with a 15-minute lesson on board and paddle handling, followed by equipment distribution. The highlights we visit include the Cenote Negro (or Witch’s Cenote) and the Pirate Channel (Canal del Pirata); furthermore, if weather conditions and the group’s pace allow it, we will also head towards the iconic Bird Island (Isla de los Pájaros).
